Our Full Weekday and Full Weekend packages include tables and seating for 150 guests, a beautiful foundation for your celebration. Planning a larger event? Additional seating can be arranged through your vendor of choice. Tables and seating can also be added to other packages for an additional fee.
Full Weekday and Full Weekend packages include three hours of dedicated staff support for guest parking and golf cart transportation, helping everyone move comfortably throughout the estate. Additional staff support may be arranged for other packages.
Extend the celebration beyond a single day with elegant on-site accommodations for up to 38 guests across the Main House and Cottage—perfect for relaxing, reconnecting, and making the most of your time together.

The Main House and Cottage are reserved together as your private home base, offering on-site accommodations for up to 38 guests. Additional nights may be added to extend your stay, while the Club House is available as an optional event-space add-on.

At the center of The Valora Oak Estate, the Main House is an elegant and inviting setting for your celebration. With spacious overnight accommodations and beautiful areas for gathering, it offers a welcoming place to get ready, relax between events, and enjoy meaningful time with those closest to you.
Friday and Saturday single-day bookings are not available at the Main House.
A Private Guest Retreat
Up to 14 Guests
Located near the Main House, the Cottage offers a comfortable and private retreat for family, friends, and members of the wedding party. Its main-level game lounge—with a pool table, ping pong, chess, and other games—creates a relaxed gathering place that is especially well suited for groomsmen to get ready and spend time together before the celebration.
The Cottage is reserved together with the Main House and is not available as a standalone accommodation.
